The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our UK team to focus on net new revenue growth & new logo acquisition.
The main responsibilities of this role will include identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities working closely with a Customer Success partner showcase Cint's value proposition to new and lapsed accounts across Market Research, Advertising Agencies, Consultancies and Brands You will excel in this role if you are a self-starting, tenacious & collaborative team player who is comfortable working in an autonomous (yet supportive) environment. And to set you up for success, you will have access to the best prospecting tools and a brand new instance of Salesforce CRM that we have launched this year!
What You Will Do
- Conduct exploratory business development calls to identify target customers, business priorities, key challenges, and product/market fit
- Effectively communicate Cint’s value proposition to new and existing clients
- Schedule and complete online and face-to-face calls with decision-makers at target accounts.
- Perform high quality product demonstrations that match our solution to the prospect's articulated needs.
- Own and manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
- Take full ownership over your sales pipeline, managing all stages of the sales process from prospecting through to close.
- Exceed sales revenue targets by retaining, growing and prospecting relevant prospects within new and existing accounts.
- Leverage your interpersonal skills to build long lasting and valuable relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring you have a full understanding of their needs and goals.
- Effectively cross-pollinate with Marketing, Operations & Supply, to ensure you continue to grow your region.
- Work effectively with marketing and sales enablement to develop case studies and other marketing activities to drive higher brand equity
- Ensure client retention and high satisfaction scores through relationship development
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a quota carrying role
- Excellent executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to improve and succeed
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of CRM
