Project Success Analyst (Media Measurement)

The Opportunity
The Media Measurement Team at Cint specializes in digital media measurement and advertising effectiveness. Media Measurement enables advertisers to achieve real-time results for their media campaigns based on the proprietary Impact Measurement by Cint software solution.
Members of the Media Measurement Operations Team are responsible for managing and executing digital advertising effectiveness research projects while creating and developing deep relationships with clients. The position plays a critical role for the organization as the primary client contact and is accountable for successful project execution and deliverables. The Analyst role is an entry-level position, but more experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Analyst or Consultant titles.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Cint’s proprietary software to create and manage research surveys related to advertising effectiveness
- Mange full lifecycle of media measurement research projects from client kick-off calls, survey fielding and media tracking, any necessary troubleshooting, and project wrap up
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project plans and communications, and provide status updates as needed to continuously move forward in the service delivery process
- Generate and distribute digital media tags, and work with clients to compare impression tracking data
- Develop a full understanding of the Market Research and Digital Advertising industries, and how Cint can solve challenges using proprietary technology
- Successfully run a multitude of projects concurrently while ensuring a high level of quality and communication across all studies with little supervision from management
- Compile and extract data from various sources (Cint Impact Measurement proprietary software, Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.) to present insights to internal and external clients
- Perform regular audits to ensure that operational workflow is being followed according to policy and procedure and provide feedback to internal and client teams
- Coordinate with account team, business development team, tech, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution and continued product development and improvement
- Attend meetings, document action items when necessary, and ensure follow-up on all assigned action items
- Create, distribute, and present various operational performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop strong working relationships with external client personnel, anticipating client needs and communicating with account team leadership
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 1 to 3 years work experience with proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and advanced formulas and features such as Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced problem solving and critical thinking
- Strong work ethic with self-motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals
- Detail oriented, self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and concepts
- An innate sense of accountability
- Flexibility in the ever-changing market research technology landscape
- Positive attitude with team-player mentality
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the digital media ecosystem and how digital media campaigns are designed and executed
- Experience in advertising operations or advertising technology industries
- Survey design and programming experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Alchemer, etc.
- Microsoft Excel certification
- Market Research coursework
- Statistical knowledge or working knowledge of SPSS, STATA, SAS, R
