The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join the Employee Experience team at Cint. In this role you will be helping people learn and grow to achieve their career goals and business objectives. You will be tasked with implementing, developing and delivering learning and practicing experiences that cover a wide range of skills based on broad organizational needs. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and engaging manner.
The Senior Learning & Development Manager, role will be a vital member of the Employee Experience Center of Expertise within the People organization. You will work closely with the Director of Employee Experience, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build interactive, high-impact, and innovative training solutions. The scope of work will span new-hire onboarding, ongoing training, and targeted (transformative and reactive) training based on the needs of the organization. This position is key to expanding on the foundation of learning we have built as Cint continues to scale.
Role Purpose & Responsibilities
- Create and execute an organizational learning strategy & roadmap
- Create learning experiences and instructional content in a variety of formats (webinar, microlearning, etc)
- Drive engaging learning programs that maximize retention of knowledge
- LMS administration; including gathering and reporting on learning related data (we use Cornerstone)
- Work with stakeholders to define training requirements and learning goals
- Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, ensuring our strategies exceed the changing demands of the industry
- Oversight and implementation of both Leadership and Career Development programs
What we are looking for
- Able to provide an eLearning portfolio or demonstrate ability to create high-quality eLearning products for adult learners in a business setting
- Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia / Snagit, WellSaid Labs, Powtoon or proprietary LMS3+ years of experience using course authoring tools preferred
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of varied learning styles and / or learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM & RAD)
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods
- Ability to identify the best learning delivery formats for a specific set of learning goals
- Knowledge of and / or experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion a plus
- Knowledge of and / or experience with organizational psychology a plus
