Overview
Cint is looking for a Compensation Manager to join the Total Rewards team. The Compensation Manager will actualize Cint’s compensation strategy. This role will report to the Director of Total Rewards and partner closely with HR and Recruiting teams to build compensation practices that are internally equitable and externally competitive.

As a Manager for Compensation, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Cint’s HR organization. Working as part of an international team with the possibility to work from our offices around the globe when needed. With a remote-first mindset, your focus in the role would be:
The Role:
- Manage Cint’s compensation strategy with respect to salaries, incentives & equity; scale existing programs to operate efficiently in parallel to our growth plans.
- Ensure that compensation is equitable across the organization through an annual pay parity review
- Manage compensation review cycles, leveraging benchmark salary data to ensure our compensation is always competitive relative to the market
- Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure that reward tools, policies and processes are aligned, enhance employee engagement, and ultimately improve performance
- Serve as the compensation advisor to the rest of the HR team, hiring managers, and Executive team through consultation, excel models/tools, and training materials; ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with Cint’s compensation philosophy
- Partner with the Finance team for budgeting exercises and FP&A activities
- Partner with the Director of Total Rewards and CHRO to prepare quarterly compensation committee and board meeting materials
- Administer non-commissioned annual bonus plan and partner with the Finance team to provide eligibility detail for employees tied to commission based bonus plans
- Develop compensation training and relevant resources for Cint employees
Qualifications
- Experience within international compensation and benefits programs
- Strong Excel/data skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and ethical, consistent frameworks
- Certifications are a plus but not required: CCP, CEP
